FAQ

General

Once we have your project request information, we determine where to start during our consultation.

The general flow goes like this:

  • Submit a project request form.
  • Schedule your meeting to discuss your project and determine the project’s scope and options.
  • Set a timeline that works for both of us and enter into an agreement.
  • Make a payment and begin we work on your project.
  • Go through iterations and revisions to refine the work.
  • Agree on the final version and take away your deliverables for publishing.

Absolutely! That’s what a producer is supposed to do. However, if you are hiring us to engineer or edit your files, this will not fall under our responsibilities.

If you need help with the artistic direction of your content, we are available for consultation sessions and are happy to discuss our role as a producer on your project.

Only when we have to. We truly enjoy working alongside people that have original ideas and are willing to experiment. We’re here to facilitate the creative process and lend our perspective, tools, and skills to help bring your project to life.

We often facilitate collaborations and use various partners to add their skills and further enhance your project. However, we can also discuss becoming a creative director for your next project and what we can offer.

Account

Not at all. If you simply want help recording yourself or a small group you can schedule a session with the links to our request forms above.

But, if you need help with a larger creative project or require an invoice, you’ll need to create an account.

All account information such as names, projects, contracts, and invoices are stored in your client panel. If you’ve forgotten your login information, please check your email. If you still can’t resolve the issue first try resetting your password or email us for further assistance.

Payment

We can accept cash, PayPal, and bank transfers at the moment. Let us know if you have special needs and we will try our best to make it work.

Payments are typically made after a project request has been approved by us and a timeline and budget have been set. Production projects require a signed agreement plus a downpayment.

Site work, such as recording sessions are booked in advance with a deposit.

Yes! Many projects can take months to complete and are usually broken up into stages that can be paid as the project progresses. We are happy to discuss options with you during your consultation.
